Go Slow Guesthouse - Caye Caulker

our recent stay at Go Slow Guesthouse in Caye Caulker was fantastic. The staff was always cleaning, the location was central and convenient, and the owner was very nice. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Go Slow Guesthouse for a few nights during my trip to Caye Caulker. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main road and close to the beach. The atmosphere was wonderful, and I easily made new friends during my stay. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hostel had beautiful gardens with plenty of seating areas and hammocks, perfect for relaxing. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the additional showers and toilets in the garden. The kitchen facilities were great for cooking my own meals. The owners and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Colorful and well-located island spot with friendly staff. Beautiful outdoor area and easy access to everything. Early check-in available, making it convenient for travelers. Owners are attentive and dedicated to making the place a success. Located in an interesting part of town without being noisy.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating during my stay. They were always available to address any concerns or questions I had. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping to ensure everything was in order. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. Additionally, I appreciated the inclusion of bike rental, which allowed me to explore the surrounding area at my own pace.

The bathroom setup was a bit inconvenient. The shower and toilet were in the same space, which could be problematic when there were multiple guests sharing the bathroom.

go slow hostel is amazing! the owner, basilio, is super helpful and even helped us book tickets and gave us a ride to the boat. the free bikes and kayaks were so much fun, and the rooms were clean and spacious. the location couldn't be better, close to the split and all the restaurants. loved our stay here!
